Arzon, Brittany

Arzon is a small town at the Western end of the Rhuys peninsula, to the South of the Gulf of Morbihan in Brittany.

For such a small place, Arzon is steeped in history. ‘Le Petit Mont d’Arzon’ is an internationally important site of megalithic art from the Neolithic period, and the nearby Gavrinis island also houses a Neolithic burial site.

White sandy beaches such as Fogeo to the South of the town, and the Plage de Port Navalo to the West, make this a popular holiday location in the summer.
