Wild Swimming in Cornwall from a sailing ship

Wild Swimming in Cornwall from Tallulah with safety supervision.

Swimming from Tallulah in a beautiful anchorage is often a big part of the fun on our sailing activity holidays. Much of our sailing is done in areas beside Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty AONB’s in Cornwall.

Tallulah has day sails, weekend breaks and voyages to the Isles of Scilly and on all of them it may be possible to wild swim.

The availability of Wild Swimming from Tallulah is at the skippers discretion. Supervision is provided from Tallulah and her dinghies. All our skippers are qualified with First Aid at Sea but not all are life saving guards.

Wild Swimming in Cornwall from Anny of Charlestown with Lifeguard.

Wild Swimming sailing days from Charlestown Harbour aboard 1930 Topsail Schooner ‘Anny’. A unique perspective on the Cornish coastline, and a fantastic day out. You can be as involved as you like with the ship’s manoeuvres, with opportunities for helming and sail handling, or you can just sit back and enjoy the spectacle!

The skipper will pick an anchorage to make the most of the conditions, and you can swim off the boat in a secluded location inaccessible by road. When you get out of the water there’s the luxury of a hot deck-shower followed by freshly cooked lunch and a glass of prosecco.
