Winner Selection
There will be one First Prize winner and one Second Prize winner.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries recorded by the Prize Draw system shortly after the Prize Draw closes.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified privately by email.
If a selected winner does not respond by 27 July 2026, or is subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified under these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and no redraw will take place.
Prize Conditions
There is no cash alternative to any prize.
Prizes and discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Discount vouchers cannot be used with any other offer or promotion.
If you cancel your voyage after booking, no refund or replacement prize will be given.
If the advertised voyage cannot operate for reasons beyond Classic Sailing’s control, Classic Sailing reserves the right to substitute a voyage of similar value or offer an equivalent voyage credit.
Fitness Requirements
Participants must be in good health and physically capable of safely taking part in a traditional sailing voyage, including climbing a two metre ladder.
A medical declaration may be required.

All voyages are subject to Classic Sailing’s standard Terms and Conditions.
Voyages may be rescheduled, substituted or cancelled due to weather, operational reasons, vessel issues or force majeure, including war, natural disasters or changes in law or regulation.
Cancellation of the Prize Draw
Classic Sailing reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. In such circumstances no compensation shall be payable.

Incomplete, automated or robotic entries may be disqualified.
Attempts to obtain additional entries by using multiple identities or email addresses will invalidate all associated entries.

Disputes

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply. Classic Sailing’s decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and the administration of the Prize Draw is final.
