Day Sailing in Falmouth Cornwall

All Day Sails in Falmouth on Tallulah

.

Tallulah day sails in Falmouth.

You don’t need any experience to come for a day out on the water on Tallulah, sailing straight off our mooring in St Mawes Bay. Treat yourself or a friend. Tallulah has big wide decks, plenty of things to do and places to sit for up to 8 guests and 2 crew.

Tallulah, is based in St Mawes in summer and the River Fal in winter. She offers day sailing in a long season of coastal exploration of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly from the shallowest creeks and salt marsh to the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.

Tallulah is owned and run by Debbie Purser, one of the original founders of Classic Sailing. If you sailed with us in the early days when 38ft pilot cutter ‘Eve of St Mawes’ was our brave blue flagship, then we think you will love Tallulah. Much more space below, racer lines but that same drop, dead gorgeous looks that only a Luke Powell cutter can provide.

Tallulah Details

Tallulah is 44ft on deck and 59ft overall so there is plenty of deck space and sails to play with. The skipper and mate will teach you all what is needed to set sail and steer this powerful gaff cutter in the best directions for a fun sail. If the sails are full and the deck is steady we will have lunch on the go, or drop anchor in a sheltered bay or river for a less windswept meal. Below decks is a WC, galley, and an oak interior and saloon with stove if you need to warm up. Hot drinks, lunch and afternoon tea and cake provided.

Max day sail 8 guests.

Children 10 and over.
Add a six hour day sailing holiday to your Cornish break.
