Announcing the 17th Annual Classic Sailing Pilot Cutter Review for 2023

Pilot Cutter Review Sailing in Fowey and St Mawes Cornwall 

24th to 28th May 2023

We are excited to announce that the 17th Annual Pilot Cutter Review will be running from the Thursday 25th to the Sunday 28th May 2023

One of Cornwall’s best kept secrets, the annual Pilot Cutter Championships are a real spectacle from the shore, and even more so from the deck of one of these beautiful boats.

Make sure that you save the date. 

Come join this fantastic long weekend racing and socialising with fellow pilot cutter crews and friends! Social events ashore every evening.

Shore Viewing points

Friday 26th May. Watch the start 17th Annual Pilot Cutter Review with the first Passage Race from Fowey to St Mawes as the Pilot Cutters Race out of Fowey Harbour. The start line is the Royal Fowey Yacht Club start line and you can also get a great photo shoot from either Fowey or Polruan Castles.

Saturday 27th 2nd and 3rd Race

View the 10am and 2pm Starts from St Mawes Castle. Finish back there again.

Sunday 28th 4th and final race.

11am View the Start from St Mawes Castle. Finish back there again.

All times subject to weather.

You can get aboard for the Pilot Cutter Review and be part of the crew on either Mascotte or Tallulah!
